Arc Lake Outpost

Spring of 2019 saw the construction of a new outpost cabin at Arc Lake! It reflects our standard style and commitment to high quality. Group sizes at Arc will fit from 4 to 8 people with 2 bedrooms in the main cabin and 4 extra beds in the bunkhouse cabin.

Arc Lake is part of the Miniss River system with its outflow leading into Miniss Lake.  The Miniss River system also contains our Hooker  Lake outpost. There are 3 other fishable lakes that you can access by boat. They are; Taper, Vincent and Minko which all have lots of fishing spots for you to check out!

The outflow on Arc holds fish most of the summer and is a spot to catch a quick dinner. Groups are going to love this system as there is lots to explore and lots of fish to catch! Like all of our other lakes anglers can expect good numbers of walleye that average in the 18-22″ range with some larger. The pike fishing is also excellent with great numbers of fish, some reaching the mid 40″ range! Slate Falls Outposts will bring our standard conservation policies to the lake to ensure the fishing will remain at the volume and size that our guests expect.

Looking to take a break from fishing? Go explore the rock faces in Vincent Lake and find the historical Indigenous pictographs on the rock walls. Look for the red paintings which were made from red ochre.
