Fishing On A Fly-in at SFO
Sure we offer great service, great facilities and equipment at our Ontario Fly-Ins but we also have very good fishing for walleye, northern pike and lake trout . We have had a conservation/trophy release program in place for nearly two decades. The results show in the fishing. Lots of fish and all sizes! It only makes sense that if you return all the large fish you will have more large fish breeding. Therefore, producing even more ‘eaters’ and a better chance of re-catching the slow learners! Eating and taking home fish
Eating fish while you are at camp is possibly the best part, but if planning to bring fish home it’s recommend buying commercial caught fish from us. This way next year there are even more fish in our lakes for you to enjoy! Our policy allows you to eat your daily limit of 2 fresh walleye under 18″, the best-tasting, and release those 18″ and larger. For pike, the daily limit is 2 under 27″. Mounting trophy fish
If you’d like a mounted fish, get a good picture of the length and girth if possible. Then your taxidermist can make a mount you will never forget!
